For cancellations made 2 days or more prior to the scheduled service, a full refund will be issued, minus any applicable processing fees.
- Cancellations made between 1 days prior to the scheduled service will be subject to a cancellation fee of 1000 or 20% of the fee value.
- Cancellations made within 10 hours of the scheduled service or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
